there’s a learning curve but absolutely worth it. push notifications work but with some patience. tested across multiple devices and platforms and very satisfied
Mobile Notifications don’t work
It’s terrible on mobile, I have to refresh the app manually to get the new messages and doesn’t send push notifications
Notifications don’t get sent
There’s no notifications appear for incoming messages, I have to open the app and check myself.

Fix your trash
Can’t even get E2E password on mobile app? Then can’t open e2e channels? Updating keys? Web version unusable on mobile, because it constantly zooms in? What is this? Kindergarten?

App logs you out every time you close it when using an iPhone 16. Did not do this with prior phones
Brought my team to a new level
Rocket.Chat has provided a communication platform we had been looking for- a secure way to exchange conversation and keep them ordered by subject. We’re early into it and there’s more to access, but so far it’s been what we needed.
Literally won’t open
Try to open the app and it just shows the back screen with logo literally forever. Never once has it opened. Completely unusable sadly. How is this not a problem for everyone?
