Rocketeer - Couriers

A customer of mine wanted a document sent over urgently and I didn’t have any staff on hand to send Booked Rocketeer and the document reached my customer in under half an hour. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to deliver goods locally

I signed up as a driver a year ago. Quick and easy sign-up and customer service were above and beyond from one call they got me on board. Sometimes I get paid extra money for deliveries $10 - $30 on top of the delivery fee even it's a small package. Since then I'm earning weekly around $900 per week.

If anybody is looking for an immediate delivery service for gifts or any thing for that matter, rocketeer is the best option I could find after lot of research. It took me only seconds to request a delivery and it was completed in under 25 minutes. Really great services loved it …definitely will use it again 👍🏻

Great app, easy to use, the driver was super friendly, we actually chatted for a bit and he said they were great to work for, so that’s nice for what it’s worth. But for me the service was fast, traceable and also very reasonably priced!

I called the customer care and they advised me to go ahead on the app after i explained the situation that what sort of stuff i have to carry. I also booked XL package as per the given dimension after i was advised by the guy over the phone. When Driver arrived, he didn’t have truck of the size what i booked but a car that didn’t suit the dimensions given in the app and after that Driver said if you want to take this whole stuff, i can make couple of more rounds but i will charge as per the trips. So, eventually i paid to rocketeer differently and then booked someone else to complete the job. Pricing is pretty impressive but not managed well and a mis representation of the services exist.

I had applied for courier driver position 2 weeks ago and still i havent got any response. Whenever i call their customer care they used to tell me the same dialogue every day” you will get an call back from our team by today” and its been two weeks and i havent got any response . Even today i called them and asusual they told that you will get an call back today.

Finally a great looking App that does exactly what I have been looking for, use trusted people in my area to deliver my important parcels. Too many times I have been let down by Aus Post and other couriers, Rocketeer is now #1 on my list!!
