Very good

Thx1137 on

Australia

I was disappointed with all the chord charts and little else but that has improved a lot since the initial release. Sure, we are missing many of our favourites from RS 2014 but I’m now finding the selection to be pretty good. It is now “just different”. Adding piano is awesome. Some good tunes in there even though it is new. The sheet music option is great but I want it to show mistakes. At the moment it is pretty bare bones. I’d now give it 5 stars but it has been pretty unreliable lately. Hopefully todays update will help.

Very expensive for a subscription

I know “you will own nothing and be happy”, but nobody wants this… another subscription… and look at the price, maybe if it was a fraction of the cost of Netflix, but really, nobody wants another subscription. I’ll stick to the version, with the songs I OWN. Besides the people in charge of the song selection are desperately uncool. I noticed that before Rocksmith 2014 died. I mean… Lady Gaga!!!! What kind of guitar player would pay for that!!!! (Spare me the AI response - just do better)

Really disappointed

Travy_dad on

Australia

Rocksmith+ had a chance to do something great here, I would have even been happy to pay a yearly subscription fee. Just make it an upgraded 2014 version with the old library and include new quality songs each month. New song, new graphics same gameplay/guitarcade etc. Stop denying us a console version too! Learn from your mistake quickly please before this ends ups a failed endeavour. Millions of musicians are begging you to fix this!!! Please!!!

Scam

bangenge boy on

Australia

Purchased the subscription by iOS, now i cant login to PC or Mobile App, telling me i dont have a subscription. Submitted a ticket with screenshots of the error and from my online ubisoft account showing i have active subscription.. 4 days in no response from them! No contact number, i have messaged their twitter and insta accounts, no reply!!! To think this is subscription based and they are taking days to respond? What a shame. I even bought their Real Tone cable so i could use my PC. This is a scam. What a horrible customer support!

$140

sully_nz on

Really?? I’m paying $140 per year for a game I have owned since it came out on my Xbox? I assumed once I logged in it wouldn’t cost me anything, but of course I was wrong, I just don’t understand how Ubisoft could charge me for a game I already own. This is a disgrace to a game that I love. Do better.

Ouch

So much prential so little decent music. Subscription model just not worth it until songs get decent. Do better UBISOFT.

Actual trash app

PitfireX on

United States

Hyper predatory and actually barely works anyways app. Using the iRig2 device to plug into my iPad had like a 240ms delay (which no other app has) probabl because it doesn’t support output to the iRig, only input. And this isn’t adjustable in any way to work with the song you are listening to. You can line up the screen to the song audio, but your guitar isn’t going to line up with it and on top of it it barely registers. So use raw speakers? Oh that also works like garbage. $140 a year for this is an absolute joke. Just buy the original rock smith, or pay one of those super helpful websites less for more help. Skip this please. Don’t let UBI scam you like they always try to do.

Expensive

GEIST18 on

United States

Look I get it, learn to play guitar, but for a whole year, that’s ridiculously expensive. Looks like a great app and all, but could easily look up these videos for free on YouTube. If you made the app for free, you’d get more downloads easily, or make it 20 a year.
