This app worked well until there was to many people at the rodeo! It erased all my tickets and coupons for 5 min then it came back and did it again! This was a real inconvenience when you are at the front of the line ready to scan for rides, game or food.

The app is easy to use and helped me stay organized during my carnival visit. No need to stand in line for tickets. Everything is done through the app. It was also helpful to be able to transfer unused tickets.

Used the app to get my ticket. Seemed to work fine. Checked my ticket multiple time before leaving yesterday midday. I went with my 2 daughters and their families and small grandchildren. As we were entering the access point the app just kept spiraling and would load my ticket. My phone showed 5 bars and 5G access. Everyone got in but me. So there i was watching my grandchildren and daughters move forward in the crowd and i couldnt get in. Imo the app is pathetic. If it wont work to get you in, what good is it. The attendant said i could go to the ticket office. Lol right. The attendant told me to restart the app and try again. I did that at least a dozen times with no ability to bring up my ticket. I shut down restarted my phone. That worked. By that time 20 minutes had passed and others were separated. So beware…

Go Rodeo! Glad there’s an app, the festival is huuuge

This is a great idea. However, the app kept crashing and it drained my battery! Save yourself the frustration and just get physical tickets.

There are a few improvements i could use, namely being able to identify unused v. partially used carnival packs so i can transfer them accordingly. other than that the app worked pretty well with all rides, games, and vendors. if we could also get paid parking in the app…

Please get Thursdays schedule on your app ASAP

Do not even consider downloading this worthless app. It will deceive you into downloading an additional app just to purchase tickets. Forget about forcing us to possess a digital ticket. There should be some individuals at the event to help us navigate through this extremely frustrating and confusing app.
