Horrible
Clunky and horrible to log into this app. We have 2 business locations and having to log into and log out to two separate accounts is a nightmare.

Constantly hangs up on customers when I try to switch lines. Lots of times it doesn’t register that anyone is calling at all.
Unlike other IP phone apps this is missing 2 important features 1) send and receive text messages from your IP number 2) manage admin setting like the auto-attendant
Pure garbage. I’m ready to move on from Rogers.
I did not like that previous version at all so I was cautiously optimistic that the updated version would be more functional. After three days I’m seriously thinking of deleting it entirely and just using my personal number for work calls. There is an unbelievable lag every time I answer a call, I have only been able to successfully place one outgoing call, and I get over a dozen notifications every day that say “request timeout” and a few seconds later “ok”. Every time I switch back to the app to try to make a call it endlessly cycles between a message that says “not registered”, “registering”, “unregistering” and a dialogue box that says “push notifications restarted” which prevents me from doing anything in the app. What a piece of junk.
