WHAT IS THIS?!!!
I cannot connect to my robot since you changed the app for this “thing” that presents problems even for sing up or log in. Colossal mistake!!! I will return the robot if this situation continues.

Imposible usar el robot
Tengo el robot EBO air desde hace meses, iba perfectamente hasta que la app (de EBO)se actualizó automáticamente a esta de Rola. Imposible conectarse con el robot y manejarlo, lo ha inutilizado por completo
Imposible conectarlo al móvil
Después de intentar varias veces conectar con el EBO SE a la App fue imposible que la cámara detectara el código QR. Lo devolvimos
NO LEE EL QR
Después de 4 horas sin éxito el robot no lee el QR que la App te pide que le muestres con para empezar a manejarlo. He probado con un IPhone 12 Pro Max, con un iPhone SE y con una tablet Samsung.
Genial para vigilar a los perros
Hace un año que lo tengo y es perfecto, funciona muy bien y es muy divertido
Se desconfiguró y ya no funciona
No me deja conectarlo otra vez. Me aparece el mensaje de “error al generar codigo QR” y ahi se queda…

No se puede usar con datos o fuera de casa.

Does not come back home
My EBO is not coming back home. Contact with support a week ago. A lot of emails but not a solution yet. It has been aprox a month that we can not use it because it gets discharged. Has no sense to have a robot to see our pets if it does not have an automatic charge (coming back home) it’s seems like EBO does not know where home is. Please solve it
