Being new to piano the difficulty of the lessons and the one game gets extremely challenging way way too fast. I’ve noticed the advanced songs don’t show finger positioning which is too bad because it would be fun try these songs at 0.5x pace. One thing that is severely lacking is not having foot pedals. But all in all it’s a fun way to learn and the portability is fantastic for us people who fly a lot.

Great app, lots of fantastic material. The difficulty spikes pretty hard and a reminder why having lessons with people can be helpful. Also all the songs are covers—just so you know. Also, I wish that this app worked on M1+ Macs. It would be a better experience than the iPhone.

This app combines with the Lumi keyboard to help facilitate the piano teaching/learning experience. Lots of new content and songs added monthly. It’s a fun way to learn to play piano. Yes, there is a subscription cost to make the most of this app.

I love the concept, but when a new update like this on eliminates sound from playing I’m not sure what to do. I’ve re-installed it and tested to make sure other programs are making sound, but Roli needs to get it together.

Roli connect does not work and 100% of the learning app is locked behind monthly subscription paywalls with only single note twinkle twinkle little star available for free, definitely not what someone learning piano should get as the small number of keys severely hinders your learning of how to move your fingers and play octaves or actual chords, The best part is they recently more than doubled the subscription cost, “Because they have added so much to the app since inception.” BUY A DIFFERENT LIGHT UP KEYBOARD FOR HALF THE COST IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY LEARNING TO PLAY PIANO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. ——BE AWARE THE APP ISSUES HAVENT BEEN FIXED IN YEARS AND THE SAME ISSUES THAT REVIEWS CITE OVER 2 YRS AGO ARE STILL PRESENT. THE APP WAS UPDATED TO LOCK EVERYTHING THOUGH SO THERES THAT——

May have given a better review, but it’s asking every time I finish a lesson to rate. I hate the interruptions so you get a poor review for this. It’s a really bad customer experience to be forced to rate you before I’m ready to.

As long as I used the solo plan, this app worked well. The moment that I purchased the family plan for my kids. The app only crashes and says I have a solo plan although it’s taken out the $25, has been uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.

LUMI is the best app ever they like the best songs in the world! You can choose your song 🎵! And people help you learn the lyrics of the song!

It is absurd. Absurd. Preposterous. How. Many. Times. I have been asked if I’m enjoying myself. I’m on day one of this app and it interrupts me after every. Single. Two three minute lesson if I’m having a good time. No way to turn this off. If I say yes. It goes away and comes up again and again. If I say no would you like help or to give more feedback?!? Seriously. This is unacceptable and makes me not want to even do this. I’m on day one of using this and it’s making me incredibly frustrated. So now I’m stopping to review your app. Not that anyone I’ll care or make changes. You want me to give you my feedback and won’t stop asking me. So I will just give this and maybe your other potential customers can decide if they want to give perpetual feedback. I am a customer. I will get ahold of you if there’s a problem. If I’m not complaining take my positive review and leave me alone. I’m so peeved that in 2024 we can’t do better than this. Technology. Alllll the data on the app you have about my progress and usage. Yes. I’m enjoying it. But will I keep this and keep using it. Not likely if this pop up continues. Rant. Over. Until it asks me again in five minute. I’m annoyed.
