Introducing an improved mobile application with a new interface to better support company and individual wellness goals!
The Rolling Strong application helps you focus on the 5 pillars of wellness to support optimal health: Hydration, Nutrition, Fitness, Wellbeing, and Sleep. Earn points while getting healthy. Use those points to redeem cool prizes. Connect with our Wellness Coaches through the application to help create a wellness plan and schedule coaching sessions. Join a company sponsored competition in the app and win awesome prizes!
 
In addition to the new features and slick new interface, the app continues to provide:
A health education library for hours of videos, audio and articles created by our own Wellness Coaches.
Connect and sync Fitness wearable data and complete Rolling Strong Workouts.
Social Community to connect with friends, create a post, wager points and challenge a friend.
Company Competitions and leaderboard.
Wellbeing support including daily motivational quotes, stress assessments, mood tracking.
Connect with a Wellness Coach, ask a question through the app, schedule one on one telephonic coaching sessions.
Nutrition Profile for a customized calorie target and macros based on your personal weight goals.
Log your food intake, barcode scanning, create a recipe, add foods to your favorites.
Track your hours slept manually or through a connected fitness wearable.
Track your daily steps and heart rate through a connected fitness wearable.
GPS Locations so you can find the nearest clinic assessments, health kiosk, fitness centers, restaurants, and truck friendly hotels and parking.

In app purchases are available for coaching sessions and health assessments.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
This subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. This subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings.

With all the information this app provides about healthy foods, simple exercise routines and much more, now I have no excuse for not trying to develop a healthy lifestyle. Plus the ability to maintain a daily record of everything I did will get me on the road to staying healthy. Throw in access to health stations nation wide and a wellness coach for advice I may need just makes it better and better. The best part of the whole thing is for the monthly enrollment cost of the wellness program that this app follows, well you won’t find a better deal anywhere.
