The game has the potential to be a great challenge but as soon as you start playing it drains the battery life way too fast than it used to couple of updates ago. You can feel your phone heating after the second round. I've turned off the haptive feedback feature intentionally but it keeps vibrating when I take gems even after I chose that I don't want it to. Another thing is that the Stories were cool but I've passed the most of them after the first try and I don't think I am an outstanding player. I'll keep the app and I'm looking forward to see changes in the next update!

Too much popup videos, even for free version

The game is cool but you’re forcing clients to buy premium version with no ads. It’s impossibile to enjoy the free version with ads every 2 games .... ridiculous

I just began playing this game, every time I die it asks if I want to revive or skip the level… doing so, I HAVE TO WATCH AN AD and even if I click “no thanks” I STILL HAVE TO WATCH AN AD. This Is Not Okay… Is their anything else to this game? Very short.

It’s really a great game, but I wish you gave us more than like three lives and if you get out, you’ll get another one and then another one and then I’ll make it more fun, but you guys made it too hard. You can’t get them through because the ball is really big and the hole is really small so please make you guys bigger and the ball maybe a little bit smaller and added some more lives please

why did you add levels now i cant enjoy the game im very dissapointed pls change it back

Before an update that happened about 2 years ago and there were levels 1-40 and you could play the em and they progressively got harder. Also you collected red gems\rubys not coins. The game was better before because it gave you a reason to play and there was also unlimited which was just keep on playing and playing with no ending. Please change it back

With this new update me and my sister can’t compete with who gets the higher score😠 I lost all my skins and versions of the walls and everything. I irked so hard for those. It used to be so much fun and my fav game. I wish I never updated it

I used to love this game. I loved how I could try to beat my high score, I loved all the unique ways you could play like reversed or super fast, there were levels that got harder and harder, you could get a lot more balls than you can now, and there weren't as many adds as there are now. I use to be able to turn off my Wi-Fi so I wouldn't get any adds, and then I would play for hours on road trips and stuff. Then you shut the game down so I couldn't play it, and when I could finally play it again, I had lost all my progress. I couldn't do anything I liked about the game. I used to be able to get up to about 300 before I crashed, and I was doing a lot of tasks to get new balls. Now this game won't even let me finish a level because it has to update my level onto a leaderboard. IT TAKES 30 SECONDS TO UPDATE THE LEADERBOARD, AND I COULD HAVE BEEN FINISHED WITH ONE OF THOSE "NEW AND IMPROVED" STUPIDLY SHORT LEVELS! I WANT THE OLD VERSION BACK. The only reason this has two stars is because the old version of the game was good. You absolutely botched this update up and the only reason I still have this app is because I'm hoping you see that a lot of the people reviewing this new update think it's trash. Also, why are you showing reviews from 2 TO 5 YEARS AGO?!? If you don't even consider reading some of these reviews and replying to some of them, what's the point of me and everyone else doing this.
