Huge fan of Roman’s and the app makes it so easy to order but there are some very frustrating bugs that need fixing please! Like if I have placed an order and I leave the screen where it shows what’s going on, the whole thing closes and you can’t see your order anymore. Also, please a big suggestion that a lot of app are doing that improves the user experience significantly, please add an option to give instructions for the delivery person. People who stay in conplexes have complications when trying to let the delivery person in or guide them how to find the right place so having somewhere for the user to leave instructions could be super helpful! Hope you can make these fixes/changes because I love this app!
The Worst App!!
Fix your App! Its 2024. Trying to give you money but I cant place an order. Now Ill have to order from someone else. Someone needs to be fired in the IT department or your CEO has to go. Come on man.
Unable to complete an order
Everything works great until you need to pay. Blank screen.
Waste of time app
Terrible experience, app is slow and confusing. It logged my order at a location 25 minutes away from me! Then after 40 mins I called in just to find out they hadn’t even left yet for some reason and told me it’s to far to order from… -1 star…
Payment failed
Have not been able to make any purchases on the app as it keeps giving me payment failed. Used several different cards and still payment does not go through. Very disappointed

The app is extremely slow and cannot even find a romans that is literally 1km away. Unresponsive all over the place. Pity because Uber Eats puts a huge markup on all food items but is extremely reliable.
