This is just making me never use the app again. Would rather place the order at shop.

The app is awful, sort it out. The app Wouldn’t let me add anything to the basket and proceed to checkout. Ended up ordering from elsewhere.

The new look is quite nice but info is VERY inaccurate. Delivery times are ALWAYS wrong (for more) and the status is not updated accordingly. Just awful customer experience… shame because the food is quite good!

I am usually taking order with my friends here in romayos because the food is perfect. But this time, the delivery was late for about 50minutes and the driver was rude on us. I didn’t know what happen to my phone number that he couldn't be able to call me but still, the delivery was late to arrive.

Ordered at 4.25 Sunday 12th May 2024 and delivery took just under 1.5 hours to deliver 5 mins away . Food was cold and inedible, never again !!!!!

Ordered from wrong Romayo’s , and I already paid for it so 30euro gone transferred me to sandyfort hall let me say it again SANDYFORD HALL Who basically said thanks for your money we can’t do nothing

I am waiting over an hour for my food due to be here half an hour ago- phoned the Donnybrook store who told me the app and their store don’t say the same thing - so don’t hold your breath waiting for the food. Really disappointed in the store Donnybrook.
