ROME: Total War - BI

I absolutely love playing total war BI, only complaints would be about lack of control on units and their formation or which side they’re facing if they could a bit more maneuverable game would be perfect. PS adding more historical battles won’t hurt if devs still work on this game? Overall if you’re thinking about buying a battle sim this is it .

The best game I have ever played.!!! Awesome graphics!!! But a kind request. Is it possible for creative assembly to keep total war Rome free in App Store for just one month. I will be extremely happy if that’s possible. Thanks

Download continually gets stuck at 50%. The other apps/games download fine and there is enough free space, so the problem has to be with the app. Edit: It finally installed, so changing the original rating. I purchased this as part of the bundle. Amazing port.

There is no option to select smaller units. The battlefield looks ridiculous with 160 fighters per unit, not to mention it drains your battery, because it takes forever to conduct a battle

I waited almost my entire life to be able to play a Romano-British or Celtic campaign, and now, thanks to this game, I can do even more.

A little hard to pick up, since it’s older, but very fun and perfect for long flights.

The one thing I REALLY don’t like in this expansion… when you defeat the last settlement a faction that can horde, they get a large army for every general they had in the settlement, no matter the size of the town or village they come from. That is kind of ridiculous on its face. Where do you recruit 5000 units when the main settlement of the region has only like 600 people. Makes no sense. Also, I tried playing as the Romano britons and yeah you don’t get the same units as they do when they spawn naturally when you do something like take over the UK with the Celts. Kinda frustrating. Otherwise, I love this game, and I like how they removed some of the absolutely broken mechanics like strong phalanxes where a few of them could easily wipe out armies if placed correctly.

It is such a good strategy game but there is a few bugs but that doesn’t matter to me I just love history and conflict so I would say this is the game for me. I can’t get over the fact that it has a whole map that has different looks in each one. Also can’t forget about the action in the game on my other account I got the other 2 Rome total war game and they are fun to but this one is my favorite by far.
