Hi, I love this app but whenever I try to add anything to my cart it says “Sorry this item is no longer eligible for mall please select other shipping method” when I haven’t even put anything in my cart or to go to a mall. Please fix.

I’ve had weird experiences with romwe and shein in the past after signing up using my email and noticing a spam amount of emails flush in immediate after. However this time after really wanting to order a dress that I’d tried on belonging to a friend I decided to try be smarter and sign up with a burner email. However after ordering I had to input my phone number (for tracking purposes) and ever since I have been receiving the weirdest spam phone calls and text messages even including a man breathing heavily down the line. This has never been a problem with this number before however ever since this particular incident of inputting my number to Romwe it happens at least 7 times a day. It’s a nuisance and generally quite anxiety provoking as some of the calls are somewhat scary. Be cautious.

I ORDERED THIS IN DECEMBER STILL HASNT CAME ITS MARCH THEY SAID ITS LOST AND I CAN HAVE A RE FUND OR RE SHIPMENT I ASKED FOR RE FUND THEY STILL HAVENT GOT BACK TO ME AND THIS WAS JANUARY THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLY IN 24 HOURS MORE LIKE NEVER I CANT BELIEVE IVE GOT SCAMMED ONCE AGAIN OF THIS WEBSITE 😡😡😡😡😡

So amazing fast delivery only problem is the handling fee is quite expensive but other than that it’s rlly good x
