Rondout Savings Mobile Banking

I have several banking apps that all work great. Easy ,convenient and reliable. NOT THIS ONE. Always asking for double authentication and never remembers device or password details. Locked out and not going back.

I have no words for how bad this banking app is! They need to go back to the drawing board and start from scratch.

THE WORST. Tried to use mobile app. Locked out. All the security questions I answered said was wrong answers which they were not. Called for help. They said I haven’t use mobile app in two years & it was inactive. I use this all the time but tech help can’t see any transactions I made in past two years. I need to go to the bank to sign up again. I go to bank , they’re no help. Manager actually told me I can look at transactions on my husbands phone. In other words I have no access to my accounts. I let them know what I thought & walked out. Changing banks immediately.

Would not let me log in, asked for information I never gave it in order to change password, and even when I used to use it it told me barely anything useful and would not let me manage my money AT ALL. Don’t get the app, don’t even use this bank- they screw up my mortgage all the time!

Used to work fine, but now it never loads to log in, you can’t deposit checks online so the app is necessary. If you can log in, it times out every action you take.

Have been using the app for ages , went to log in it asks me a security question (which it has never done in the entire time I’ve used it) I entered what should be the correct answer but it would not accepted. Tried a few more times to check for case sensitivity and now I’m locked out. This is the opposite of convenient. If your going to suddenly require doubly authenticating ,you should let you users know. The app is worthless now and I’m going to have to waste time on the phone. Ugh.

Not even opening

Just opened up a business account at Rondout Savings and very disappointing this app isn’t working please update ASAP thank you

Since the app updated again it isnt working

Since the last update, the app is not working. I put in my user name and password, then asked a security question. After answering the question and clicking on submit, I am taken to a blank page with another submit button, clicking the button does nothing. I am stuck on this page!!
