If I had the option I would like to put 0 stars. Cannot sign up with a UK Vodafone number. When I have messaged customer service they can’t help. This makes it impossible to join. Roomster needs to wake up and sort this.

You have to pay £9 to see any messages, but most of the messages are just mass messages, so you pay to receive some spam. And the number of users is too small and most of them have budget of £500. I tried to get a refund but couldn’t. The company should employ other monetisation strategies until they have enough users to make it worth it paying £9.

I’d like to look for a place without having to put up an ad saying I’m looking. I don’t want people contacting me at this stage. I understand for safety I would need to create an account but no way to browse.

I tried to make an account got the code but when i enter the code it says invalid code. I contacted the support but they say you cant make an account without giving me any reason. I don't know why the app store allows this kind of stupid app. It should be removed from the app store

They trick you with messages making you think that people are interested in your listing but it’s all spammy fake accounts whereas you have to pay to be able to view the message. I will sue you guys! Guys don’t download that app and fall for their scam, inquires are fake, all so you can pay them money to view them and once you reply none of those users/fake people gets back you

I downloaded this app to find accommodation and flat shares. Registering is easy and straightforward. You need to pay to get full access, including to read messages. That defeats the whole purpose of the app, so this app is basically useless. I’d understand if you have to pay to boost your listing or profile but why should people pay to get access to this apps basic services?

I sent messages to apartments I was interested in, and got a notification saying someone has sent me a message which I thought was a reply from one of my enquiries. You have to pay to access the inbox so I did, turns out all messages were from spammers, totally unrelated to my enquiries - in fact nobody actually replies , it’s just spam sent to trick you to pay for the mailbox
