Restaurant doesn’t receive the order
I ordered through the app and it says the restaurant confirmed my order. However, when I showed up to pick it up, the restaurant said that there was never an order under my name.

Rooster & Rice is a Bay Area grown Thai chicken and rice restaurant. Our menu is simple, delicious, and healthy and we strive to offer our customers affordable and healthy options! Our menu items are named after key aspects of our founding history in San Francisco, such as our signature Marina bowl!
