I'd like to bring to your attention some concerns I've been experiencing with the technical support team and the registration process in the ROP application. Firstly, the technical support team seems to struggle with understanding and addressing simple technical issues in English, which is quite concerning. Secondly, I've been encountering difficulties with adding my civil number. After the process, I consistently face a login error. Even when this error doesn't occur, completing all the necessary steps doesn't result in successful login, prompting me to register again.
