Not buying from them anymore , only half of the items have been delivered, and this has happened twice alr. Very bad service.

I have the same issue with others, they state that all item was delivered when there are missing items. Very bad customer service as well stating that they don’t do refunds even if it’s their fault. Don’t waste your time and money

I’m still waiting on a package that I ordered over a month ago!!! Never ordering from them again!!!!

I did enjoy shopping on the app, but once they wanted to accept all of their privacy intrusions with no choice to opt out, I deleted the app. Just really rubbed me the wrong way and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hope they enjoy losing customers.

Why is it so hard to find your orders on this site? And then when it tells you it shipped you can't never get the tracking number to come up. There's a reason I have an order from y'all in several years, but I thought I would try it again. And again nothings changed.

i am over this. i have always been a fan til now they wont respond. their website/apps say 1 business day.

I love the clothes but when their is a problem with the order you can't get any help! Their website will not let me change my address after I moved! I had changed it but it reverses back to my old address. I ordered over $100 in clothes and they sent them to my old address! I have been trying to get a hold of them with in minutes of placing the order but they don't have any way to get a hold of them! I have sent emails but only to have it not received!

I’m still waiting on my 2 piece outfit from last year.
