Rota - The Work App

The app fits the purpose, but it’s very laggy, doesn’t allow users (iPhone at least) to edit the profile since the text boxes keep jumping up and down, keyboard doesn’t respond either

I’m having trouble signing in as I don’t have a invite and don’t know how I can get one.don’t know any other flexible job apps

My app just keeps refreshing itself then it shows no shifts after it refreshes

In a day I have to log in about over 10x, it’s quite frustrating, hence why I would have to give it a 1 star. If they sort this out then it would be a decent app.

the app is brilliant. i can find flexible shifts that don’t clash with college or my personal schedule however, the app logs me out for some reason and i have to keep signing in🤦🏾‍♀️ it would be great to fix this issue

Customer support is ok but the app is buggy on iPhone. Unresponsive fill in fields, can’t get started using the app

Got my account deleted with no further explanation. Waste of my precious time.

Can there be an option to remain signed in, so annoying to constantly log in and you miss notifications.

Don’t be ridiculed by those idiots. This is just something pumping out from your hours pay doing nothing. If you call there service desk, the English they speak, god bless it’s something in between Eastern Europe and UK... this a bunch of amateurs very smartly pumping desperate workers hard earned money... they have millions in there apps and only a few are happy as this is designed only to give a loop to big companies to use staff with zero hour contract. If doesn’t have a family to feed and have whole 24/7 to open your mouth and wait till a schedule to come and work a day or two to the most demanding people with no respect.. this is the place
