This self-guided tour app has been created to complement the twice-daily 90-minute Discovery Bus Tour operated by Rottnest Express on Rottnest Island. This guided app is available in Mandarin and Japanese and is completely free to download.
The Discover Rottnest Bus Tour visits the island’s most spectacular locations, with insightful commentary shining a light on Rottnest Island's unique flora, fauna, history, and culture. The bus stops at two key vantage points – Wadjemup Lighthouse and the rugged West End – where you can hop off, take a short walk and soak up the views. You might even meet a quokka or two along the way.

Great if you read Japanese or Chinese

Downloaded the app and it wouldn’t let me continue unless I picked a language. But the only options were Japanese or Chinese. Would’ve been great if Eng, German French, Swedish, or Spanish were options because I could’ve gotten by on one of those. But then again, I haven’t had a lot of luck with Rottnest Express either.
