RoundUp App: Donate Change

The app is simple, nicely designed and there are tons of charities to choose from. But I don’t like having to provide my card login info which is needed for this to work. Obviously that doesn’t bother everyone though!

After a few days of no response from customer service I have to say I’m disappointed. At first I just wanted to change some settings - which is not possible. You can’t manage your card info without spending at least a dollar, but I’m already donating. In fact, it’s not possible to remove your card info so be prepared to pay forever or cancel your card.

keeps giving the error message “max validation failed on phone” when trying to create a login.

This app is great and JCS is an awesome organization to get helps the families of wounded warriors and fallen soldiers for the rest of their lives. I’ve seen their devotion and generosity first hand and it amazes me the love these people have for the heroes and their families.
