Route4Me Route Planner Reviews

Scam

Cheekyau on

Australia

After using the app for a year they’ve brought out “new subscription packages” where they now charge $30 to do the exact same basic things you used to be able to do for $15. To mark a stop in your route as complete, it’ll cost you $30. Was a good app until they started trying to scam its customer base. To mark a stop as done now and save yourself $15 *edit route - delete stop* you’re welcome.

Don’t know how this app has received so many high reviews - it’s terrible. I’m going to cancel after the free trial, and even if it was free ongoing, I still wouldn’t use it. I’m using it in Australia and the route planning is awful - it creates inefficient routes that just don’t make sense, I honestly don’t know how anybody could use this app. We had more success with planning a delivery route ourselves, just by looking at a map and planning the route manually. It’s just a nonsense app.

The app keeps changing every day. Now it appears difficult to put in starting address.

Please stop changing everything

I only speak for me but this app gets more infuriating to use with every update. You get used to one layout and way of doing things then it all changes and you have relearn to navigate it all again. The address list and map were easy to change between, the search bar was easy to find, the routes were in a different tab and easy to locate. I know someone probably put a lot of work into this and I do commend their efforts but it’s a massive step backwards for me personally.

Good app big like for this app
