I have had the app on my phone for over 2 years now and have made a couple hundred dollars just from it being on my phone. The 20 point and 10 point short surveys are good too. Cheers to you all

Totally agree Logan the VPN makes it impossible to use the phone

Doesn’t work- slows your device down so much it’s not worth it. Plus when there was a problem Roy Morgan had no solution- not wasting my time anymore with this

I couldn’t get to rewards as app doesn’t recognise my email even though it asks for it and then says it doesn’t recognise my user ID.

Got the impression that this would run in the background and not impact anything. As it runs a VPN Commonwealth Bank app NetBank does not work when it is running. Not exactly ideal.

I wish we could give 0 Stars!!! I wanted to help out and make a little bit of extra money but it keeps making my phone impossible to use. I uninstalled before and thought I’d try again hoping they would have fixed some of the issues. This morning it couldn’t even connect to the internet, no WIFI or mobile data!! What good is the app if it turns your phone into a brick? Don’t bother with it.

When the Roy Morgan Community APP is installed it renders all internet based APPs, Email Services, and Safari Web Browser useless. I.e., nothing works. A high price to pay for $10.00 a month for monitoring your browsing.

This app is absolutely ridiculous, I had to uninstall it as I could barely Google search anything, many apps were struggling to load properly from Facebook to YouTube. I like to use my phone for many things so this app isn’t worth the reward they offer. Please fix it and I will happily continue to use it.

I can no longer play game, visit EBay or Facebook or even use Siri since installing this app, the only way to do anything with my iPad is to pause the VPN.
