The worst airline is not fooled

After what happened today at the airport of Porto with the flight of my wife to Rio de Janeiro, I do not want to fly this airline any more. It's a lack of everything on the part of the company with respect to the passengers!!!! investigate the events that occurred on the 14:00 flight to Rio today and stop in Casablanca, a shame !!!!! And still have the nerve to offer me an upgrade to business class and still paid ????
