Reinstalled game because of connection issue. Lost my account, and submitted a ticket on 4th July. Only got a generic response on 8th July asking for more details. It’s the 12th July and still no response. Poor non existent support.
This game is not for the poor. Only cash rich people who are able to spend may download.
support is eternally non existent. in game purchases often does not have a confirmation. game is out to cheat users gems in that accidental tap scenario. extremely unethical. upset that such a awesome designed game has such unethical ways to earn users cash. FYI their reply below is fake/they don't ever respond/rectify anything. just put blame on user/unable to do anything.

In the past, we had many good memories with the first royal revolt game. It was my favourite game that I ever played since when I was in kindergarten. It didn’t not have alliances or kingdoms to be worried about and we could just focus on our troops and goals. If there was a royal revolt 3, that would just make my day. 🙂
Plz update the clan that people make. I hate it when I creat the clan, It keep giving someone else a leader, then I got kicked out of my clan for nothing Fixed it

It prompted me to update. But when I entered App Store to update, it simply redirected me to open the app, which then redirected me to updated through the AppStore.... and the whole cycle repeated itself... I have closed the app and restarted my ipad yet it persists. It’s pretty broken now. On an endless looop....
