I feel this app was created without much UX input. The ability to add food and update meals are not intuitive. I wonder if it is tested by someone who works out and tracks food regularly. A good app should not require users to think. I have to think and guess when using this app.
I went to rewrite my wake to sleep time for just one day and it applied it to every day and when I tried to fix it I couldn’t get back to where I was I had to end the entire diet and start over again
Decent app. Gotta look at your own specific food label to track macros properly. I wish there was some way to change macros for certain foods but as I type this I forgot you can just input foods yourself.
So far the app has helped me to fuel my workouts and lose sustainably. Otherwise, I always cut calories too drastically and destroy my workouts and motivation. Can't wait to see how the bulking phase goes.
I work a 12hr shift. I could not figure out how to copy a meal plan regarding timing of meals to save my life. That is frustrating considering the app cost.
I've compared several top apps with premium and decided this was the real deal. Start and end with only the best. 💪
I honestly love this app and has helped me with my diet overall! I think one way it could improve would be by allowing us to create our own recipes that include multiple different foods. I feel like this would make it easier to measure calories for something big like a lasagna (for example). Aside from this I think it’s a great app to have! Tracks macros, helps advise next diet cycle and more!
I really wanted this app to work for me, but I don’t think it’s designed with someone with my lifestyle. The biggest issue is that my work schedule involves shift work. The app asks for wake up and sleep times but doesn’t allow for day to day variations (not easily anyway). My fitness times/routine can also be quite variable. Next, when logging meals, I also don’t necessarily know if I am hitting my macros because I don’t have a clear reference for say…how much protein is in a chicken breast right at hand. So when it asked me if I got it right, I just shrug and don’t really know. I was hoping for a way to log/measure the macros in addition to tracking them. Finally, I have quite a bit of weight to loose and the goals it calculated for me kept hitting red stops saying it was too aggressive. So I had to customize plan by guessing, which for me defeats the point of the app. I fully expect it to take a year or more to hit my long term goals, but was hoping yo use the app to set incremental ones. I can, but I feel like I’m a bit on my own, and was looking for something more structured.
Very rigid and doesn’t allow for flexibility which remove all the benefits of tracking macronutrients. Plus, the cutting phase was too abrupt and I started feeling very tired and irritable.
