Залогінившись через епл айді я продовжив грати, потім запропонувало прив‘язати пошту, після цього прогрес скинувся 0 рівень, втрачано багато ігрової валюти та 100+ рівень. Звернувшись в тех.підтримку мені не допомогли, я ще паро разів звертався та тепер ігнорять. Вилалив і більше не буду грати цей шмат лайна!

Коли завантажуєш цю гру, будь готовий до того, що тут важливі лише удача (удача повинна бути надлюдською) або твій рівень VIP (а донат тут дорогий). F2P можливий, але збирати ресурси на закриття івентів довго, а рандом залишить тебе без хороших героїв і з поганим настроєм. 300 використаних чудо-очей за івентом (це 3 круги івента, достатньо багато) і лише 1 легендарний герой пекла, а з 60~ конвертацій лише 1 посередній герой орди.

Taptapheroes docs not match real game, for example, docs say in miracle eye for heaven 5 star hero probability is 6,8%, but from spent 100 miracle eyes I got zero 5 star heroes, and just with simple mathematical calculation chance to not get at least one 5 star hero is 0,075%. Looks like unreal to not get one! So I think all is about money, and taptapheroes are manually adjusting probabilities as they want, without notify of users, all is about money, they want people to buy the more the better for them. Looks like scam... very disappointed.

Simple mathematical calculation according your doc:
Attempt to not get 5 star hero from 1 miracle eye is 100% - 6,8% = 93,2% = 0,932

To not get at least one 5 star hero from 100 miracle eyes is 0,932*0,932*... (multiplication 100 times) = 0,00075.. = 0,075%

This what you say probability is equal for all users can just mean that you cheat on all the users, because probability not match your docs! Make correct decision, write in game help real probability, or increase it to one mentioned in docs, but stop lie to users!

Рулетка - бесполезная функция. Я ее прокрутил 100 раз в надежде выбить персонажа(осколок), а в итоге за все эти попытки мне даже не дали ни одного доспеха. Только деньги и все.. У меня уже почти 3млн золота, зачем оно мне?? Почему не выпадают персонажи с рулетка?? Это просто издевательство. С таким успехом можно вообще не ставить в рулетку осколки героев.
