Stuck at checking files loading screen
When I start the game it’s goes to checking files and didn’t load up any data to get play the game after that I don’t know what to do with this.

You, as the protagonist logs into The Metaverse of ALICE for the first time, however, a mysterious error occurs during the process.
You reach ALICE after the error, but you are told that you have lost all of your memories of your past.
Lost memory, a girl who claims to be your younger sister, and “Lost Avatars" (The Identity Detachment Phenomenon).
As you go on a journey to find the answers, you meet many people including Folklores, and you begin to discover the problems and the truth behind The Metaverse of ALICE.

Game crashing
App freezes and wouldn’t let me close.
My game keeps crashing!
I’m using an iPhone and for some reason the game keeps crashing. I just got this game like 20 minutes ago and it keeps constantly crashing. I don’t know if it’s just my phone but I’ve seen multiple players with this problem. I hope this gets fixed! Overall the game is pretty great so far so that’s why I decided to give it 4 stars ⭐️
Ushiwakamaru is not Attack
The first time I played this I got Ushiwakamaru And I Used Ushiwakamaru And I Used “Night Sonta Of Kuruma” and it was a Debuff And Then I used “Sorrowful Usuzumi Flute” And Guess What It Is A Debuff. Please Fix It. Sincerely Alice Fiction Fan

Amazing game but it keeps crashing
Rather than giving this game 4 stars, I decided to give Alice fiction five stars because the graphics,storyline, and gameplay is amazing. Although it’s really frustrating trying to get through the next part of the story and battles without the game crashing 24/7. At first the game was just crashing once in a while during battles, but it’s gotten to the point where it frequently crashing during events and the main story.
This game ruined my entire iPad
So in like a year before I saw this upcoming game call Alice fiction, it looks amazing and the puzzle part looks fast paced which is perfect for the person like me. So after it release I was very excited to play this game, and it was fun, the only problem is that sometime this game would kind of bugged out like the screen would turn into purple and black lines and even crash the game. But for me it is okay because I really love the game and don’t think it can be that big of a problem. So for like the next day when I play this game, the crashes and glitches keep appearing nonstop and at one point it doesn’t let me log in to the game. At that time I think it’s just a bug they would fix it eventually. But for the next day i try log in to this game, my iPad turned black screen and at that moment I felt like my heart skipped a beat. Because I have used that iPad for like four years and nothing was wrong with the iPad and I can even run genshin on it but that’s not the point all I want to say is that the iPad had contain a lot of my personal information and stuff like that. BUT this game, this one game literally ruined my entire iPad and because of that I have lose a lot of my important information and stuff. I really loved the game you guys made and I have played the previous game you guys made but for the same reason I quit because I was really annoyed by the crashing and bugging out. But even knowing that the game wouldn’t run as smoothly as it could I still decided to try this game out but what I get at the end is four year of information turns into nothing. But because I think it’s a very important bug so I think you guys would fix it, right? So I decided to try this game once more a year after and I enjoyed the game like I did a year ago and I thought I would continue to play the game for like a few month, but then the next day my game crashed once again. After one year, a whole three hundred and sixty five days you guys still haven’t fix the bug that can ruined the players game experience and possibly there real life information. This game had truly disappointed me and I would never play or have contact on anything you guys made ever again.
