3년전쯤에 하던게임 다시 한번해볼려고 했는데 접속이 안되네요..

정말 재밌게 플레이하고 있는 유저입니다. 제가 모르고 보석으로 구매할 수 잇는 상품중 잘못결제했는데 아직 상품을 받지 않앗습니다. 혹시 환불 가능할까요?

금화활용 좀 올려주세요..금화만 밑도 끝도 없이 많아지고 응축된 마력이나 생명석 이런것들은 구하기도 어렵고..게임 지치지않고 재밌게 오래할수있게 해주세요.
다 좋은데 버그패치좀 빨리 해주세요
정말 재밌게 몇달째 플레이 하고 있는 유저입니다. 이게임 정말 잘 만들고 재밌어서 계속하는데 자잘한 버그가 몇개 있습니다. 지금 같은 경우엔 퍼즐이벤트가 아예 삭제 되었더라구요. 또 겨울준비 이벤트 일일퀘스트 중 ‘접속패스 6단계 보상 획득’ 이라는 것이 있는데 모두 획득 버튼으로 획득시 퀘스트가 완료되지 않아 보상이 들어오지 않습니다. 위의 문제들을 빠른 시일 내에 고쳐주셨으면 하네요. 이 게임 아는 분들은 아는 꿀잼게임 맞습니다.

아무리 게임이 스토리 , 디자인 좋고 재밌으면 뭐할까요?? 이제는 아예 접속 조차 안되네요 작년부터 간혈적으로 튕김현상이 있었는데 매번 업데이트를 할때마다 그 빈도수가 점점 커지더니 이번 업데이트 파일을 받으니 접속조차 안되네요 핸드폰 리부팅, 게임상에서 재설치등 유저가 할수있는것은 다 해보았습니다 3년간 거의 매일 접속해서 성장하는 드래곤보면서 생활의 조그마한 활력소였는데 이제는 게임을 하고 싶어도 못하는 상황까지 온게 너무 안타깝네요
스킨변환은 어떻게하나요
샀는데 바꾸려고하니 바꾸는 버튼이없네요ㅜ
