Remote VHF over iPhone is a great idea. And allows intercom too. Question to Developer: Can I use this app to intercom to the hailer (SP-37 horn speaker) connected via the CT-M500? This is a very important feature to me. I want to talk through my iPhone to the hailer on deck.
