What a rubbish experience

Clunky app with ads jammed in weird spots. Can’t find my competition. Update profile page full of usability issues when updating data. Rugby is becoming a joke.

Rubbish

The app is rubbish!!! It’s legit trash I’ve never had so many issues with it constantly freezing and to register players via the app is a nightmare no data integrity it’s actually a waste of money for RA. Don’t know which boy genius developed this but it’s not user friendly at all.

Pathetic

The app runs as smoothly as Rugby Australia. Probably cost a fortune also like the failed RWC campaign

So frustrating to navigate. Not user friendly at all.

App keeps crashing

You have to keep deleting and uploading the app. It’s a nightmare!

Embarrassing

Absolute embarrassment to rugby. Continues to get worse. How this is supposed to be relied on at all is beyond me. Can’t find, nominate or enter teams, clubs, comps. It’s an absolute embarrassment to deal with, couldn’t be more unprofessional if they tried.

Screen goes blank

I’m sick and tired of the screen going blank and then I have to go to the App Store and down load it again. This happens every 2 nd or third time I use rugby Xplorer The update does not work. The update link does not work. Going to the App Store it says open but all one gets is another blank screen.

App won't load...

App just stays on the landing page.
