Poor UX and Money Grab

First off, I doubt the word “Ruler” can be the registered trademark of this app… However, I chose to install it only to find the first two things to be: 1. A pop-up to rate the app. Which needless to say, is absurd considering I have not used the app 2. An ad which immediately replaces the pop-up. Lovely. And oh you have to pay to measure in CM. Yes conversion is easy, but how can anything with functionality this limited even be determined to be useful in order to pay? Overall. Good UI but absurd UX.
