Suddenly lose or win while both players keeping tiles
I don’t understand which rule suddenly make one player winner in two players game while both players keeping tiles. And also none of them missing to get new tile, as I know about that rule. Game always keep on going until one player put all tiles out but How is it possible to win suddenly when both of you are not putting all tiles out.
