BUG REPORT

Whenever I go to see the new subjects waiting at the palace it instantly freezes then crashes my game

New levels

When will there be new levels, there’s nothing to work for in this game anymore and no point playing at the moment

Needs work

Good bones but currently two flaws that make this game unbalanced. 1. Grandfathered players from previous versions who can deploy 20 warriors at a go. I have maxed out the technology tree and can only do 12. 2. Cyclists rule this game due to the amount of ground they cover. Should be called,. Cycle an empire Going to stop playing until next update maybe things will improve.

Levelling Bug

Good game but have been on twice and keep getting demoted back to level 5? Honestly I’m not gonna reinvest time in this game if I’m just gonna lose all the stuff I’ve done and have to do it again. Fix the error, before you lose players...

Love hate this app

I love the idea of this but it is so buggy. Every time I open it at the moment it’s like it’s gone back in time. Sometimes the coin value has gone back to silver or whatever it was before. Sometimes when I open the app my last run I’ve finished and saved is still going but as I’m now 13km away I can’t resave it so I’ve lost a whole run. I’m losing stuff left right and centre. Annoying.

The numbers require more thought...

The input vs reward is skewed. The run vs passive reward is cooked. The fact you go from thinking 2000 coins is a lot to having 50 million in the space of your first game play is bizarre (1 hour). Huge potential. But requires some logic.

Cheaters

I work hard almost every day to run/walk to capture castles so I can grow faster, but there are cheaters in my neighbourhood who capture the castles back literally within a few minutes of me ending my run, and there is still no report function! I am giving up now because its so infuriating and disappointing to try. I have seen so many other comments about cheaters in the reddit for Run an Empire, its such a shame the developers still haven’t put any effort into this. It’s a great concept and have loved it for over a year now, but there are ALWAYS glitches. Developers are always changing the rules and coming up with new ideas but hardly ever fix the basic problems. It seems like they don’t listen to any feedback. Also, it started out pretty much free/could play for free (just with ads), but so much of it is becoming monetised. I don’t mind supporting a small startup or new app, in fact I quite happily do, but its a shame when the core concepts of the game are monetised and becomes cheap. Love it but its not worth it to spend my time/money on here anymore. Developers - please listen to your devoted fans’ feedback, and come up with a way to report cheaters! It ruins the whole thing for the rest of us

Used to be good

Was good, but it’s now almost impossible to progress to the next era so kind off kills it for me Algorithm that calculates coin and what things cost is complete off the mark

Strange glitch

I love the game. It’s great for getting people outside and to try and run as far as possible but I have come across a glitch that won’t let me run. When I click the run button I go outside and we’ll run but when I end my run it freezes and I don’t get the in game credits from the hex’s I ran. It’s really annoying and ruins the game. And since I can’t unlock hex’s i don’t have enough space for my buildings. Please fix this issue as it is annoying and stopping me from playing. Until they fix this I can’t play the game. It was a great game before this happened

Was a Great App for running

Latest update on Samsung just gives a black screen, GPS tracking is hopeless on both Samsung & iPhone, constantly dropping out. Thank god for Strava but even then you’re not given the option of not importing. So disappointing.
