Too many ads and why is girls get x5 money and boys get only x2

It is three star because whenever I spin the wheel its always death and there is like 20 adds like bro

It looked fun in the ads but it was just boring to me and there were SO many ads.

The game is good, but when an add for Episode pops up, which is a 12+ game and the add is pretty suggestive, it is unacceptable for this game to display it since this game is for 4+. Please advise how this game then maintains a 4+ rating. Thank you
