Run Roulette has over 500 unique workouts with training tips and quotes from professional runners and coaches to keep you motivated in your running and looking forward to each new run day. With a simple click each workout can be adjusted to be easier or harder in order to curate runs to accommodate every runners’ ability and desired effort. If you aren’t 100% excited about the run you spin for, no worries, you can save it for tomorrow or spin to find a completely new run.

Once you do find your run, you can easily send it to your Garmin device for running and pacing instructions in real time.


MEET SMART COACH

Smart Coach is Run Roulette’s innovative training coach designed to help you get the most out of your training. Like any other coach, Smart Coach helps optimize your training to reach your goals with weekly-mileage suggestions, planning a healthy and gradual long run progression and reviewing your recent training to recommend beneficial next runs.

What sets Run Roulette apart from many other fitness and training apps is that while Smart Coach provides adaptive suggestions for your training based on current running metrics, the choice of what to run each day is up to YOU! You are no longer stuck with a static training plan that doesn’t take into account your busy schedule or how you’re feeling on a specific day. Smart Coach is there to help you as you need but you can also take control of how you want to train.


TRAINING PLANS

Do you have a race on the horizon? Run Roulette can help plan your weekly mileage buildup and specifically suggest runs and workouts to complement training for race distances from the 3K to Marathon. ‘Smart Coach’ will also give race-specific training advice along the way. Running isn’t only about race training. Choose one of the non-race running plans for: beginning runners, runners returning from injury, injury prevention, increasing fitness or speed training.


LOG YOUR RUNS

After completing a run, proudly record your hard work. Use Run Roulette as a running log to track your completed runs, note how you’re feeling each day and monitor your progress throughout your training plan. Strava users can easily upload a synced workout straight to Run Roulette.


RUNNING STREAKS

Track your running streak with Run Roulette and easily share your accomplishments to social media and Strava. Taking a day to recover and rest is an important component of any training plan, don’t compromise your training and become injured to keep your streak alive. Run Roulette has short-run options (runs lasting 30 minutes or less) or you can save your streak with Run Roulette’s ‘Day Off’ feature.


RUN REMINDER NOTIFICATIONS

Find accountability and consistency in your training with Run Roulette’s running reminders. Choose the days for Run Roulette to send you a reminder to find your next run and stay on track with your running plan. All notifications are easily adjustable for day of the week and time of day and can be turned off at any time.
