The theory of runbuggy is excellent but the actual experience is far from what is promised. Communication is poor and tracking etc doesn’t work. Delivery also late- have to contact them repeatedly to get a response - if they respond at all. Poor experience.

Compare this to super dispatch and I’d give it negative if I could. 90% of the time requires a new login, much worse for damage reports, way more complicated document access.. why any dispatch services require this is beyond me.

I am giving a 1 because zero isn’t an option. I called yesterday and was told my car would be here today, I advised them I had to drive 4 hours and take the day off to come home and was assured the car would be delivered today. I drove in late last night and then this morning I called to confirm and again was assured it would be here. 4 o’clock comes and now I’m told to call a different number to a different delivery company and of course there is no answer….should have known with them being in bed with Vroom it would be terrible….stay away at all costs
