When I had received four medallions I didn’t get a gift and now I should have get a new medallion but nothing happens. Some bug or is that a thing you get only once and not then either?

The game won’t start and returns black. Removed it.

Update -- after the late Sept 2023 update, the number graph mini-puzzles are extremely fuzzy; difficult to read the numbers Pros: -Very large levels -Different from most match-3 games -Fun story integration -Challenging -Interesting mini-puzzles in & out of levels Cons: -PLEASE, either remove the super-annoying full-screen, unskippable ad after every level, or give a $1 or $2 option to make them go away, because they really are terrible! -Cannot go back to levels, which is frustrating. I really enjoy clearing the maps entirely, using strategy to get all the objectives, but end up having to focus on primary objective & that's about all. -The font on the map is ridiculously tiny, & if you zoom in on the map, which is not done via gesture, but a slow + button, it resizes when you exit it -Mini-puzzle game instructions are vague/confusing Lastly, please add Runefall 2 to the app store!

The last two days the game is freezing. I can’t complete tasks or watch ads to earn moves. Will there be a fix soon?

Again the best app ever I’m having problems with watching ads and it goes to a black screen please fix this issue and make me happy again thanks karen

This is the most creative and interesting match 3 game I've ever seen! There are some puzzles that aren't match 3 as well. I haven't had any trouble with ads locking things up and I have been watching lots of ads to get more turns because I want to complete every board 100% and not just meet the goals. I don't find it to be a big deal to watch ads to get more turns and helpful bonuses so I don't spend a ton of real money. I haven't spent money yet and I'm progressing nicely. I will buy something eventually because games this good deserve the support so they can keep making content. There are a lot of things in the game to help you progress like jumping and power ups so make sure you try things out and learn how it all works. The one problem I had was getting stuck on a board where I needed to find a hidden area and couldn't find much help online. Go to one corner of a black area and jump to the diagonal opposite corner across the center and then check the map to see if any new areas are showing in the black area. And sometimes you will have to jump to a spot outside of the map boundaries. You have to "float" over the hidden areas to hopefully get a corner of it to show on the map so you can jump there after your jump recharges. Match shields to recharge the jump and match blue potions to recharge the power ups. Watching an ad when a present appears can be very helpful. Sometimes you get resources but other times it recharges a power up and once I even got more turns. Another tip since the boards are very big- you can go to the Options and Quit and it will save your game so you can finish the board later I cannot recommend this game highly enough!

Again the game is frozen at level 1746. I’m 40% in and can’t go any further. Please fix the bugs in the game.
