Great app! Just one issue, it is showing step count for 11386 steps for my 7.5K run, whereas as per apple watch, it is 8341 steps. So that is a big gap. Just this, otherwise the app is wonderful!!
Have used Rungap for almost 5 years now . An important tool for cross platform integrations of your workout data . Rungap has been ahead of its time and continue to empower athletes in their desire for greater success.
This app fixed my biggest concern of not being able to consolidate workouts data and not having a online portal for Apple health Data. Now it’s fixed. Run Gap is a big value addition to Apple Health

Team, the Process to export all activity data from rungap to strava is not working. When i select the activity and try to share it only gives me an option to extract to either email or dropbox. My requirement is very simple. I want all my Apple Activities gets synced with Rungap and further get exported to Strava. Hope i am clear on my requirement. Do let me know if i have to make any payment to get this feature live asap..thanks Amit
Would like to say Rungap has made my life easy esp w.r.t using Apple Watch and performing a sync against apps like Strava ,Runkeeper ,Garmin connect etc . I used to not use default Apple Watch workouts because I was not able to sync with strava or Garminconnect (yes I do have a Garmin device ) Long story short , rungap has made use Apple Watch and its default workouts more often
A single goto app for all tracked activities in different tracking apps
I am extremely impressed with the app. It helps me sync my running data across platforms/apps. One great feature is the InApp chart... Love the metrics on it... It's probably more detailed than most InApp metric systems. Thanks a ton guys. One update would be awesome though... I know that the app can import data from Nike+ Running, but it would be awesome if we could export data to Nike+ as well.
Fantastic app - does what is promised. I use a Garmin 405 for my runs and i wanted an app which enabled me to view ALL my runs (and not just 100 as limited by Garmin s own iOS app) - and this app does just that!!
