3. You are motivated to grow your volume in a session, in a week, in a month – per each muscle group, per each exercise. App is designed for that – to motivate you (and me) by providing the comprehensive analysis of our incremental progress.
4. Days go by, weeks go by, months go by, and you see your growth – by weight lifted, and by volume reached. You see how you improve, how you become stronger, how you push yourself to the new limits. Because consistency is the key, and we all know that.
