Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with immediate effect and you will receive a pro rata refund.

Amazing workouts and the app is so easy to use
Great App
The fitness app provides a convenient way to stay on top of my fitness routine. With its user-friendly interface, customizable workout plans, and tracking features, I can easily monitor my progress and achieve my fitness goals
Game changer!
As someone who hasn’t exercised in a while, the app allowed for me to ease in without anxiety. Having the chance to choose my fitness level, instantly made me feel more comfortable! The exercises are easy to follow and intense enough to make a big difference when paired with the pharma. Although my changes are small, I’m very happy with my progress! A “nice to have” would be a warm up section, perhaps where you choose your fitness level?
This is the personalized fitness app you’ve been looking for!
This app is so great. The UX and CX is great and seamless. Beautiful high quality video, with a little personalized touch here and there - the ability to select your fitness level and goals so you’re working to a well laid out plan. I’m impressed and excited for it to become a fitness staple for me.
