The worst rewards app ever!!!!

Stop insisting that we have to download your stupid rewards app because it doesn’t even work!!! I’ve been trying to signup through the app for 10 months because I’ve been frequently told to download the app at every Rustans cashier!! And it won’t even accept my email address!!!!

Card and qr code not seen

Kindly fix. After upgrading, i could no longer see my accummulated points and qr code.

Can’t view QR code and e-purse after update

After updating to the latest version on my iphone, the Card section is already blank. It does not display the QR code, points and e-purse anymore. I cannot see how many points I have accumulated already. Please fix.

Pls give an update too for iPhone 5c models

This app worked well with my gadget until probably the most recent updates. I still get to use my ecard but am unable to fully access all the features of the app unlike before, due to the "incompatibility" of my gadget with the latest update (that's the message I get) :(

How to retrieve lost account?
