Rusty Taco

I love Rusty Taco, but I think they forgot to look at substitutions. I asked for steak instead of pork but didn’t find out until I got home 😕 I dislike pork so much, that I had to throw the taco away. I should have checked before I left the store.

I love the food and go every morning for breakfast but the app doesn’t store my username or password so I have to log on each time. Why is that? Every other app keeps my profile.

Menu item selection during ordering works well. Account login password field would not allow me to paste in my password. (I use a password manager application.) Apple Pay not accepted as a payment method. I felt the payments portion of the app is a bit unpolished. Thus, I’m apprehensive about storing my credit card with this app. Ultimately, didn’t use the app to order. Just went in the location to order since that’s easier.

I love this place! By far the best tacos I’ve ever had.

Food is always fresh and delicious

App is awkward and unnecessarily complex. Monthly promo sales require orders through the app or online, but there is no place on the app to enter the coupon code. Not a lot of clear thinking went into this one.

Growing up in Mexico, I had never been exposed to the TexMex food until I arrived to the US. As kid I had the idea that picadillo came with it sauce just like ropa vieja; an old cuban/puerto rican food, shredded beef, tomatillo sauce etc. however, I was wowed about the much flavor they had. That I didn’t miss my grandmother cooking

Can’t choose tortilla type. Very hard and unintuitive to order the 10-pack of tacos.

Yummy food and great service. Can’t ask for more!
