You pay 4 to 6 times more for low-quality services. For example, my normal salon waxer charges £20 for the full leg, but they charge £70. My waxer does my eyebrows for £5, they charge £25. My waxer charges £60 for lash extensions, they charge £170. I’d rather go to the shop and save 3/4 of the price. Commodity of them coming to your house doesn’t justify their prices
I just love using Ruuby.The therapist are highly trained and knowledgeable.They create the same atmosphere like in a spa! I love the fact that after a massage I can relax further with no travel hustle!
Rosalino is the BEST! We love his energy and he is an amazing cutter in particular! He’s had cut my hair and also styled hair for models of all ages for us and everyone always looks great. Five stars everytime!

I made a massage booking for 8am today and received confirmation by email etc. At 8:10am the therapist hadn’t arrived. I soon received a message to say there had been a mistake on the app and they couldn’t come. Very disappointing - wouldn’t recommend.
This app has made my life so much easier- high quality treatments at home, delivered by trusted and professionally vetted therapists. A complete game changer for me!
I love Ruuby as a service - their therapists are excellent, professional and their range of services is brilliant. The app though is awful - content often doesn’t load, menus are so long and have no scroll option so you can’t hit next, the way the functionality is arranged you can’t search for when your favourite therapists are available only treatments. The in app messaging also doesn’t let you know if you have a new message so if your therapist is late the only way to see if they have messaged is to keep checking the app. All this is basic stuff. I wish the management would sort this out - the app is the main way we as customers interact with the business and to waste our time with such an awful app means many times when you can’t book you will just go elsewhere, which is a shame when the service itself is so great.
