Bad experience
First of all it is a very nice game But it is unacceptable to add this amount of ads between every and each game and we don't have even an option to skip it and some of them stands for about 10 seconds which will make me think to quit playing ruzzle or completely remove it from my phone.
Premium purchase doesn't work
I have bought the premium version however it doesn't work. After the purchase have went through it got stuck in an endless loading cycle. I closed the app and reopened it again then click on buy premium, it said that I have already made the purchase and that it is just going to reactivate it however it also got stuck in an endless loading phase. Same thing happened when I deleted it and reinstalled it again. I would like that someone would get in contact with me to fix the problem.

Game used to be fun
I played this game years ago for a very long time then lost interest because of ads, bugs, etc. after many years I came back recently and lost everything. Understandable since it was years I last played, however, I can’t even find customer support or an answer to my question as to why I have no audio even though I have my audio on my phone at high and I have the check marked to include audio. I find I cannot concentrate if I don’t hear anything and it messes me up terribly. Please fix this or this will be the second nail in the coffin for me.

Each update seems to introduce new issues they have to fix. With last update I can no longer access Events, screen flashing strangely, any attempt to scroll just flashes back to top.
