I’ve used this app for several years. It is excellent, never let me down. Always able to find campgrounds when on the road. Unfortunately the app does not work on an iPad updated to 14.6. I hope the app can be updated quickly. Thus the middle of the road rating at this point.
Doesn’t even load on a new iPad
I have been using this app in Florida. It tells me where the parks are located and with street address for the GPS. My old iPad uses Google maps and tracks my progress on the RV app's map with respect to a chosen campsite. I also like that the number of sites at a particular campground is listed. Then I can guess if it's likely to have a spot for me. It doesn't need a WiFi connection unless you want to visit the individual park website. As Canadians, we have had zero success setting up a WiFi hotspot with AT&T. For someone like me, who isn't good at planning in advance, it's a life-saver! (I plan while we're going down the road.). Sometimes it says amenities are not available when they are, but that's erring on the side of caution. Second winter of using this app. I'd like to upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars. It's definitely the best app i've found. Love that it works without WiFi.
This app is amazing and I don't know what we would do without it. Where ever we are on the road, it gives us RV/ campgrounds in the area, with information on each site in an easy to view format, along with directions and direct links to the websites. Recommend fully for travelling in the USA .
Very limited! Especially for Canada where there are almost no parks listed. Better to use GoodSam.
Totally useless if you are looking for Canadian parks
Just downloaded the upgrade and maybe I should have been more cautious and followed my gut feeling when I read the previous reviews based on the previous upgrades as now, all the campgrounds in the entire Country, except for one , have disappeared!!! Or am I dreaming? Were there ever any Canadian campgrounds shown on this map or not? As well, all the provinces and cities are no longer listed, so there is no way to find anything!!! Please fix now! Or add Canadian campgrounds a.s.a.p. so that we can use the app just as much as the U.S. ones are being used! Thank you. Please either delete the above as I just remembered that you've never had Canadian Parks but it sure would be appreciated. Thanks
I would love to see the same great site for Canada also!
If I'm driving to a different country I'd like to see pictures of where I'm staying, thank goodness it's free
