They need to go back to the old version.

The app developers totally messed up the search feature. The rest of the app is fine. Fix your mistake. Don’t reply with an excuse.

Bought the $270 ad. Then the character count in description was jacked up and I couldn’t post what I needed. Then it says the password was not correct (it was), then the link to reset password was broken. Then customer service never replied once. So after paying $270 I immediately got kicked out of account with no recourse to correct and not a peep for CS. All the while getting the occasional notifications from potential buyers and no way to respond. Highway robbery.

This new version is much less user friendly unless you are searching for a specific make and model. Broad searches just aren’t possible if you can only select one manufacturer then one make and then one model. I’ve just started using general TVs nationwide app to search different models of the same type of floorplan. The older version was much easier to use for broader searches. I would only use this if I had selected a specific model and I wanted to track it for availability

Why can’t you search multiple makes or even multiple models within a make of rv. The app only lets you select and search one option in each field. The old app would let me search multiple makes and models with in the search option list. That makes it easy to look at and compare multiple makes and model with one search. You have made the app worse ever time you update it. Liked the old app better as it allowed multiple makes and models searchable and compiled a list to look at.

Website shows ATC but you use the App and magical it is not listed for 5th wheel, nor toy hauler, nor ALL TRAILERS. It’s the only one that is all aluminum, so no frame flex, not wood rot, low chance for mold. Sure we will just not add that one..stupid.. hence the 2 star rating

Hard to imagine but this app is even worse than their mobile website. I need to re-login every time to see my listing or respond to buyers. Also the UI/UX is just horrible.

Please, please fix this or go back to the old version. Used to be able to save a search that included multiple floorplans in one search. Now it's either all floorplans or one. Same thing with sub-brands. Forest River Forester and Sunseeker are the same camper. You can only search for one or the other. Obviously whoever developed this new app knows nothing about camping. The website still works great. I'll be using that exclusively now.

I don’t know why you took a really good app and made it unusable.
