Please compare to MBS apps ! The iT dept and management of RWS is not taking the business seriously!
App issue
Downloaded the app but can’t even choose the language and the app is stuck.
App is still down
App is still down. Seems like a long while already. The various log-in fronts also mentioned that the developer is aware of such issues.
Cannot register
Keep showing error and ask you try again after key in even the country code and number is corrected. Uninstall and reinstall the Apps, still the same problem.

Can’t even sign up using mobile number. Damn error.

Can’t book anything, be it on this junk app or the website. What exactly is this company doing?
