The app is frequently incorrect in the number of refills available and the meds that are available or have been sent in. It’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to accurately see information.

Always receive an error message when I try to refill my prescription after hours. This app is useless when the pharmacy is closed.

This app looks completely different on my iPhone 13 Pro. There are no graphics. It’s all extra large letters. The letters go off the screen and you can’t read them. It’s so simplistic it’s ridiculous. Maybe for a free app this is what we get, but it’s not very useful.

App downloads but when it asks for name or address it locks up. Anyone can help

All items were checked and it still wouldn’t take my password! Worst app ever.

Would be nice if it actually worked.. can’t find my pharmacy on here no matter how many ways I look it up.

Was disappointed that I couldn’t add the family to one account. It worked for a week then hasn’t worked since. Unable to login any account. It’s like it’s shut down

I installed the app and tried to register but unable to keep saying whoops. Frustrated uninstalled won’t use fix the app.

Enter a pharmacy name and no results. Nothing. No options. Terrible app.

It just says “Whoops, there was a problem processing your request”….
