Constantly crashing when I try to submit a maintenance request. Always logging me out and then crashing when I try to log in. Truly awful app. Extremely frustrating
I am staying at the ave in sommerset and was told that this app would be good to sign up for for communicating with the complex however I cannot even log in or sign up for it so how can I use it?
This app is incredibly buggy and has limited functionality. Unable to split rent payments with roommates which is incredibly frustrating.
As another reviewer said, announcements are sent via notification but can’t actually be found in the app. The app frequently logs me out without warning, and when I try to log in again it says I’m not a resident.
I was told to install this app mainly for notifications. However, this does not work, nor is there any backup. Notifications show up as alerts or banners, but tapping on one or opening the app shows a feed missing the last 24 hours or so of notifications. Sometimes this includes time sensitive alerts like "the hot water is out" or "the trash chute is out of service". The preview text in the Notification Center is also too short to fully convey the information. It is less expensive, technically easier, and more accessible to send notifications by email or text message instead of creating a bespoke, buggy app -- infuriating to know part of my rent covers the cost of creating software that is both unnecessary and dysfunctional.

I’m getting notifications every minute that I have a new package delivery. It’s been happening for hours.
This app is terrible. Auto payment didn’t work this month. The management insisted that they sent an email out but I didn’t get anything (yes I checked my spam folder). Payment history doesn’t load. Very frustrating.
The app does not work properly. Fix it or lose it.
